Our regional offices are able to provide up-to-date, locally relevant information and referrals to householders in their local area. Energy Efficiency Community Network (EECN) plans to develop  a network of Advice Centres with national coverage.

Currently there are Advice Centres operating in Canterbury, Wellington and Auckland.

All calls to the 0800 free-phone or web-form enquiries are directed to the closest regional office. Callers located outside of a calling region or calling from a cell phone have the option of calling a landline number at their own cost, or emailing an advisor using the web-form provided.
